1. Acceptance

By creating an account on DoorBell you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not register.

2. Student Obligations

• Provide accurate personal and academic information at registration.
• Use the platform only to search for and book legitimate accommodation.
• Respect landlord property and comply with house rules.
• Pay agreed amounts on time as per the payment schedule.

3. Bookings & Payments

All payments are processed via Paystack. DoorBell does not store card details. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy agreed at booking time.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false reviews or fraudulent booking requests.
• Harassing landlords or other users via platform messages.
• Subletting a property without landlord consent.

5. Disputes

Disputes must be raised through the platform within 14 days of the issue occurring. DoorBell acts as mediator; final decisions rest with the DoorBell Trust & Safety team.

6. Limitation of Liability

DoorBell is a marketplace platform. We do not own or manage any listed property. We are not liable for property condition, landlord conduct, or any loss arising from a tenancy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
